Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or dirt. Start from the center and work outward.

Shipping Policy

Made to order
Every product is printed on demand, so it takes 2–7 business days to make before it even leaves the print shop.

Delivery timeframes

  • U.S. standard: 2–5 business days after production, shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • International: 10–30 business days after production, shipped via the local postal service.
    Holidays, severe weather, or customs inspections can add a few extra days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates
Real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Customs and import fees
International customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international), email hello@prestocielo.com with your order number. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because each item is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind. Double-check the size chart before ordering.

We will replace or refund if

  1. Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
  2. You receive the wrong item.
  3. The package is lost in transit (see “Lost in transit” above).

How to start a claim
Email hello@prestocielo.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the problem (if damaged or defective)

Approved claims receive either a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. You do not need to return the faulty item.

Wrong address / returned to sender
If a package comes back because the address was incorrect, we can resend it after you pay the new postage cost.
